Delta Bikes Supported schemes

We can take cycle scheme vouchers from a number of providers. Please be aware that not every single item can be sold against a cycle scheme voucher, so please call us to check (01453 545480). Cycle scheme vouchers can not be used against bikes or goods that are on sale.

Providers we work with:

Green Commute Initiative (GCI) - https://www.greencommuteinitiative.uk/GCI is our preferred provider and we can take GCI vouchers against ALL non-sale bikes and accessories allowed on the scheme.

Important Information

Please be aware that there are restrictions on the goods which can be purchased on the scheme. Please check with your scheme provider for exact details, but children's bikes, second bikes, bikes for other people, GPS, power meters, indoor trainers etc are NOT allowed and are outside the scope of the scheme.

Customer Rewards are NOT earnt on cycle scheme purchases.

Topping up a voucher is NOT allowed (https://help.cyclescheme.co.uk/article/364-can-i-add-funds-top-up). To make sure everything goes smoothly, we would recommend that you firstly contact us to reserve the bike and goods required. We will confirm the price and you can then request a cycle scheme voucher at or above the total cost.

Discounted and sale items CAN be purchased using a cycle to work voucher, but will incur an additional charge at the same rate of the recommended retail price discount, up to a maximum 11%. For example, if a bike had a 4% discount from RRP, the surcharge would be 4%. If a lock had a 20% discount from RRP the surcharge would just be the maximum level of 11%. The reason for the surcharge is to cover the costs charged to us by the scheme providers. Please be aware that we are unable to add any additional charges on CyclesScheme.co.uk purchases - as such, if the item in question is discounted, we may decline the sale if the sale puts us at a loss or is non-viable.
